Shares of Overstock.com hit a three-year low in early trading but quickly rebounded after JAT Capital Management revealed a 9.1% stake in the company. The stock initially dropped to $14.68 but surged to $16.38 after the disclosure. Despite the recovery, shares are still down 15% year-to-date. JAT Capital, led by John Thaler, holds approximately 4.1 million shares of Overstock, with their private fund, JAT Capital Master Fund LP, owning 1.1 million shares, representing a 2.5% stake.
